Positive hair follicle drug test and supervised visitation?

i recently asked the question if a positive hair follicle drug test was sufficient evidence for me to SEEK supervised visitation while my X visits with my 5 year old. my X has admitted to the courts that he is an addict (crack/coke). recently he failed a drug test, but the judge will not order supervision for his visitation of our child. does anyone know of a precedent where a positive test is sufficient to immediately order supervision. he currently has unsupervised visitation.

go get an attorney. ask social services what they think, they have a major effect on what the courts rule.

No i canot say he has to be proved to be unfit if you can prove that your childs life is in danger then you have a case..

Your ex must be on either parole or probation if he submitted to a hair follicle test. If so contact his judge as well as pursuing a restraining order to protect yourself and your child. Sounds like he will be looking at some jail or prison time either way.
