Do you mean cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke? If you mean cigarette smoke, then no because it's not a drug people are testing for. It's kinda like coffee. If you drink coffee you won't fail a drug test.

If you mean marijuana smoke, there may be a chance of failing a drug test by second hand smoke. You could fail a drug test if you smoked it if your hair folicle was tested because marijuana's main chemical, THC, attatches itself to fat cells. But most drug tests are done with the use of urine, so I don't think you'd fail with just second hand smoke. And you can't fail a drug test because of secondhand cigarette smoke.
