Doubtful according to what I've heard...But not 100% sure.

Can Tylenol codeine T3 be miss taken for cocaine in a hair drug test?

I don't believe so.

no, cocaine is in your hair from the residue. T3 goes in your body where the cocaine is in your body as well as on your body from the process of how your doing it, smoking, snorting, injection so be it!

i dont think so cuz codeine isn't that like cough meds, i think codeine is an opeum. but why would you do that? if you want cocaine then drink alot of coffee. but with out cream and sugarits like dumb down coke(down like sydrome)

Can Tylenol codeine T3 be miss taken for cocaine in a hair drug test?

Nope they cant....T3 will be metabolized in the next 24 hourws after ingestion ( that is Tiiodothyronine a thyroid hormone) and neuyher cocaine can be found in a hair test...I have come across with this question here, on the answers forum,,,,Who raised that false information? I wonder

Cocaine can be detected directly on the plasma or urine, looking for is metabolite (end substance after it was "burnt" in the body) which is methyl ecgonine...

Neither T3 nor cocaine accumulates in hair, and WILL NOT be mistaken for one another, when found in blood and urine...

Firstly, if you have a legal prescription for Tylenol 3 it will not matter. The codeine in Tylenol 3 will result in a positive test result which falls under the opiates class in a drug test.

However, If you are taking this or any other opiate under doctor's supervision it should not be a problem. Also, let them know before hand of all the prescriptions you are taking.

no ....Codeine is an opiate. Cocaine is a separate drug in its own catagory. If the T3 was a legal rx you have nothing to worry about.

BTW both drugs stay in the hair for up to 90 days.

Some substances give an "initial false positive" on a DRUG SCREEN- but when confirmed-with the more indepth DRUG TEST (usually gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) everything is broken down. If you have a perscription for or take something over the counter- this will come out, so don't worry. If you use cocaine illegally, this will be known too. Sorry. Submitting to hair drug testing will also establish a history, so even if you have not used something in say-a month, I am pretty sure it can show back beyond that. I believe hair follicle testing is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and unfair, because a hiring company, or whomever, should not have the right to know what perscriptions you are taking-they say it's (to keep out illegal drug users) but if you have, say, depression-and take an antidepressant or you take, heart medication-whatever-it is none of this company/inquirer's business. THEY WANT TO WEED OUT HIRING PEOPLE WHO WILL USE THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE, OR PERSCRIPTION BENEFITS, OR WHO MAY BE SICK SO THEY CAN KEEP THEIR COSTS FOR HEALTHCARE DOWN, and not hire those WITH DISABILITIES or those who may in the future need FMLA, Which is discriminatory, illegal, unfair-so they invade people's privacy, by illegally searching them in this way-AND DISGUISE IT AS A DRUG TEST. Do not ever tell ANYONE what prescription you are taking, if it is legally prescribed by a doctor, you have nothing to fear-make them do the test and AFTER-if they have a question re:are you on medication? Let them know what IF they ask, and or refer them to your doctor. I am tired of our rights to our privacy being invaded and slipping further and further away. Someone's history of drug use, illegal or not IS NOT ANYONE'S BUSINESS. If you are in an accident-or appear intoxicated at work/wherever-a blood or urine test would be enough to tell if you were INTOXICATED or HIGH or whatever-AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THIS IS FAIR. to be questioned and judged on something you may have done at a party on a weekend MONTHS/YEARS before IS NOT FAIR-AND NONE OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS. Unless you are a MINOR-then it is strictly between you AND YOUR PARENT/LEGAL GAURDIAN. Good luck, be careful the small amount of rights we do have left don't slip away.
