Arm hair head hair it does,nt matter the hair is like a time capsule , storing whatever you ingest as it grows. Lets say you smoked some weed yesterday, and your test is monday, it will show, but, if you waited till that hair grew out and you had a hair cut without anymore weed being smoked then your new hair will not show past history.
