anticipate failing this one. drug testing done with a hair sample typically goes back around 90 days, detecting even the smallest amount of drug residue.

There's no such thing as getting just a little high. When you quit, you need to quit totally or else it is still in you.

Hair grows 1/2 to 1 inch a month. If you smoked pot 10 weeks ago, it will probably show up in your hair.

Shaving your head is the worst possible action in this case. This is a "red flag" to the agency or person testing you that you may be trying to avoid testing positive for something.

If you're being tested for employment, they simply won't hire you. If you're being tested by a school, they may have a policy that allows them to suspend you if you shave your head just prior to a hair test. If you're being tested by law enforcement, they may also have a policy that allows them to violate your probation if you shave your head just prior to a hair test.

You don't need any of us to tell you to stop using drugs. Pot seems to be making your life more difficult instead of easier. If you pass your hair test, take this as a sign to not smoke pot again.

How smart do you have to be to not smoke weed? Sure, it's tasty (so long as it's a good strain and properly cleaned), and the buzz is kinda nice. But a good job beats all that like a Royal Flush beats a pair of twos.

If you quit pot 6 months ago then you smoked it 10 weeks ago then you didn't stop. You had one 10 weeks ago and pot stays in your system and hair falicals for up to 60days. So you do the math. Why would you ever do drugs and ruin your job opportunity anyway. Now I know why they call it DOPE.
