it stays in hair for as long as you have that hair... think of it like the rings of a tree... it is time for a hair cut... cut off the longer hair, because the newer hair down closer to the follicle will have some, but MUCH less concentration than the further out you go. (by 270 days though, the limit of detection for the instruments that the chemist will use is probably too low to detect anything with 100% certainty) trust me
