nothing works dude, get over the stories, they are all fake. no piss kits work, no hair kits work, none of them. they are designed to sucker you and take your money while you are nervous and down on your luck due to a job interview.

either stop smoking long enough to get a job or find a job that doesn't do drug tests. tested started on me when I was around 24 and I said no thanks, so I started my own company. Can't drug test myself.

You could shave off ALL your hair to avoid it. Make sure you get it ALL though. Nose hairs, pubes, eyelashes, eyebrows, ear hair... ALL of it. If it's for a job, just look for another because it isn't worth it. If it's for court, it may be worth it to avoid jail. Just don't miss a single hair. Have someone go over your entire body with a fine toothed comb and either pluck or shave every last one.

You can't. That test will reveal any drug you ever did. They actually yank it out at the root, that's what they test. Aside from shaving your head, there isn't much you can do. Sorry!
