Cocaine hair drug test 553 pg/mg = how much use?

I'm trying to interptet a hair drug test. The hair was short, only about a half inch. The cuttoff for cocaine was 300 pg/mg. The test came back at 553pg/mg... So I know this is a positive, but how much use is this?

2000-10000 pg/mg hair = Medium use / Weekdays-weekends.

10000+ = high use

test cutoff level is 300 pg. Anything under 300 is considered negative.

It is recreational to medium use. Right in the middle. Very broad speculative guess would be couple times a month.
